IMPORTANT: Please note that your journal entries are currently NOT encrypted at rest on our servers. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

• OpenAI DALL-E: AI-powered image generation based on your journal content

Therapist Sharing

Journal entries may be shared with licensed therapists registered on our platform at your discretion. Therapists can view shared entries and provide feedback through comments. You control which entries are shared and with which therapists.
